We developed this new light industrial estate to create six separate blocks of small incubator/ start-up units.

The scheme involved the creation of 26 individual units built to a shell specification, all with level access vehicle doors and feature glazed entrances.

The total floor area created amounts to approximately 63,000 sq ft.
