The project needed a quick start and an experienced and trusted team.

We started on site in September 2022 – just three weeks after being commissioned by family business Stairplan. In just 20 weeks we built a 17,500 sq ft steel framed, detached warehouse with office space and storage, plus a concrete yard with 30 car park spaces and landscaping.

The new facility sits to the rear of their existing unit, which is one of the most advanced staircase production facilities in Europe.

Subsequent works at the site have included extension of the fire hydrant main and over cladding of the existing factory roof.
