Market leading industrial developer, Trebor called on our commercial construction expertise to deliver a speculative industrial unit of 70,841 sq ft, suitable for manufacturing or distribution.

Trebor Developments, working in conjunction with its partner, Hillwood, acquired the site from Homes England and Telford and Wrekin Borough Council in a prominent location at Hortonwood West in Telford.

Seventh build at Hortonwood West

The scheme, known as Ore 70, was our seventh unit at Hortonwood West and the largest speculative industrial unit in Telford developed in the last 10 years.

The steel framed building included extensive warehouse space with six dock levellers, raised access floors, offices on the ground and first floor plus heating and cooling systems. Externally the site was enclosed with security fencing and fully landscaped.

The unit was completed during the height of the 2020 Covid pandemic and soon attracted strong interest from a range of occupiers. It was let to major international distribution company, UPS.
