2A Hortonwood West, Telford

Creative agency Kensa chose us to deliver their exciting new home because of our growing track record at Hortonwood West.  The bespoke build facilitated their move from rented premises into their dream home.

The 7,500 sq ft two-storey office block, known as ‘The Ideas Factory’ has space for up to 40 people and was designed in close collaboration with their team to suit their bespoke requirements, timescales and budgets.

Cutting edge space for creative agency

The building is steel framed and clad on the outside. It has a pitched roof, with five large roof lights creating a bright, first floor work space for the creative team.

We installed state-of-the-art air source heat pump heating and cooling systems and completed a fit out on the 1st floor. We finished the build with tarmac parking and landscaped grounds.
