Phase 1, Ni.Park, Newport, Telford

Project Specifications

Work started at Ni.Park in January 2021 – the beginning of a long term project to unlock 25 acres of employment land and create a world-leading agri-tech research and innovation hub.

Following a competitive tender, we were chosen by Telford & Wrekin Council to build the first phase of the development. The first 24 individual units ranged from 710 ft²- 2,778 ft² and were designed to attract a range of occupiers including start-ups, small businesses and larger occupiers in the agri-tech and enterprise sector.

As well as creating a high quality new business park, Ni.Park has enviable green credentials. The units have electric vehicle charging points and PV solar panels, together with sustainable drainage systems (SUDS) and ecological enhancements.

We formally handed over the first phase of Ni.Park, to Telford & Wrekin Council in October 2021 – completing the build over 42 weeks, on time and to budget.

Ni.Park is a key element in the Newport Innovation and Enterprise Package funded jointly by Telford & Wrekin Council, the Marches Local Enterprise Partnership and Homes England and delivered in partnership with Harper Adams University.
