Description

We have been commissioned to develop Hazledine Retail Park in Meole Brace, Shrewsbury, transforming the former Meole Brace Pitch and Putt site.

This prominent development will feature three key buildings: a KFC drive-thru, a Starbucks drive-thru, and a modern two-story building on the opposite side. The latter will house five ground-floor retail units and a state-of-the-art gym on the upper level.

Hazledine Retail Park will be conveniently accessed via Oatley Road and will offer over 100 shared parking spaces. All units will boast excellent visibility, spacious open-plan interiors, abundant natural light, and the potential for outdoor seating areas.

With recent growth in housing developments and a new commercial business park, Stadium Point in the area, local demand for retail amenities has significantly increased. Hazledine Retail Park is strategically positioned to serve the needs of this growing community at the south side of Shrewsbury.
