Phase 2, Ni.Park, Newport, Telford

Project Specifications

We started work on three new 10,000 ft² units in November 2022 to create the second phase of Telford & Wrekin Council’s innovative 25-acre agricultural technology park.

Our appointment came after a competitive tender and successful completion of phase one, which saw us deliver a range of smaller units. These are now home to a vibrant community of cutting-edge agri-tech businesses.

Phase two was built over 36 weeks and sits adjacent to the initial 24 starter units. The multi-million-pound scheme included three energy efficient units, each covering 10,000 sq ft in landscaped grounds.

With its focus on sustainability, the scheme incorporates electric vehicle charging points, solar panels on the roofs, sustainable drainage systems (SUDS) and ecological enhancements to reduce environmental impact.

Ni.PARK is a key element in the Newport Innovation and Enterprise Package funded jointly by Telford & Wrekin Council, the Marches Local Enterprise Partnership and Homes England and delivered in partnership with Harper Adams University.
