This private development saw us building 11 bespoke, timber frame 4 and 5 bedroom homes in a prime location off one of Shrewsbury’s most prestigious roads – a sought-after residential area which was once the home of Charles Darwin.

Exclusive Shrewsbury Enclave

Each of the stylish family homes was designed to combine traditional exteriors with contemporary interiors and featured a rendered front with wooden beam decorative design, brick-built chimneys and integral garages.

The open-plan kitchen /family rooms benefited from French doors leading to private gardens and the ground floors featured underfloor heating throughout. Spacious bedrooms were complimented with high spec bathrooms and ensuites.

Properties at the Beaufort Ridge development sold from £395,000 to £698,950.
