Vanguard Park, Vanguard Way, Shrewsbury

Project Specifications

2022 saw the completion of the latest units at the highly successful trade park where 48 plots have been developed by Morris Property over a 15 year period.

Curved roofs and dramatic stanchions punctuate the skyline on Vanguard Trade Park. It was this striking design and the quality of build at this flexible showroom and trade counter development that have made it such a success story.

Morris Property’s construction team started work on the 20-acre site in 2005. The range of showroom and commercial units were built from steel and glass and ranged in size from 2,500 to 40,000 ft².

The park soon built its reputation as a popular commercial destination. It’s still known for its build quality, flexible space, transport links and consistent site management, which is undertaken in house by Morris Property estates team.

Where start-ups and big brands meet

It has attracted a range of respected brands, from VW and Euro Car Parts to Howdens and Dulux Decorator Centre. New businesses started here and established businesses grew.

Vanguard Park’s final phase of development was Vanguard 6. Comprising three units, it was completed by the construction team in 2021 and let by agent Towler Shaw Roberts.
