Description
As part of the team breathing new life into this vacant site in Ketley, Telford, we are constructing a 20,000 ft² food retail store, which is due for completion in Summer 2026.
The retail unit includes a single dock leveller, retail area of 20,000 ft² with ancillary office and storage area.
This high-quality retail unit is being built for ALDI and will provide 100+ car parking spaces, which will include provision for electric vehicle (EV) charging. This significant development will reinvigorate the local area by bringing much-needed flexible employment opportunities to the site.
