Description
Avatar Dining, a well-established Shrewsbury restaurant serving authentic Nepalese and Indian cuisine, is expanding into a significant new venue at 49 Mardol, Shrewsbury. Our team will support the relocation by transforming the Grade II-listed property into a modern dining facility. The new premises offers 2,437 sq ft of primary space, complemented by a substantial 1,937 sq ft mezzanine area for storage and back-of-house operations.
The scope of works involves a comprehensive strip-out and the light demolition of existing partitions to prepare the historic building for its new configuration. Our team will then deliver a complete interior fit-out, including installation of a new WC layout and sanitaryware, integration of bespoke fixed upholstered seating throughout the dining areas, full mechanical and electrical installations and a commercial kitchen extraction and ventilation system designed for high-volume service.
Morris Joinery have been commissioned to supply and install a bespoke bar and other custom joinery features including new upholstered seating booths and several indoor planters
Avatar Dining is scheduled to move from its current home at 22-23 Mardol to the new venue in Spring 2026.
