Hollinswood House, Telford

Work is underway to refurbish Hollinswood House on Stafford Park to create a community-based healthcare facility for patients. Our team is undertaking a complete interior redesign of the building to ensure it is fit for purpose and able to accommodate future demand.

Commissioned by The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust, in partnership with the Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin Integrated Care System, the four-storey office block is being repurposed to support new and relocated healthcare facilities on the edge of Stafford Park, near to bus and train public transport, and with its own car park facilities for staff and patients.

Hollinswood House will incorporate a range of facilities, including Shropshire’s first Community Diagnostic Centre with a CT scanner, X-ray and ultrasound on the ground floor as well as consulting and interview rooms and staff areas on the first floor. A mobile MRI scanner unit will also be available on site. The building will also accommodate a renal dialysis unit.
