Office Extension, Telford

Following the successful delivery of a storage yard extension for Craemer UK in 2022, we have been appointed to support the continued development of their site at Hortonwood West Business Park in Telford. This latest project involves the construction of a new single-storey office extension, designed using a robust concrete and masonry frame to integrate seamlessly with the existing facilities.

Externally, the building will be finished with insulated grey render alongside flat roof finishes and perimeter copings, creating a modern and cohesive appearance across the site. Internal works will include the fit‑out of new office accommodation and additional toilet facilities, as well as the installation of provisions for a future lift, allowing Craemer to expand vertically with the introduction of a first floor should the need arise. Complementary external works and landscaping will complete the scheme.

Once complete, the extension will enable Craemer to provide additional office space, enhance operational capacity and support long- term expansion.
