We were called on by Telford & Wrekin Council to build two units at Telford’s T54 Business Park to help boost the local economy.

T54 is a 78-acre adjacent to Stafford Park – one of Telford’s major industrial estates. It is known as Telford and Wrekin’s ‘flagship automotive and advanced manufacturing employment site’.

Boosting economic strategy to attract investment

The buildings, which the council later let for warehouse or factory use, were 30,000 ft² and 17,000 ft² units, with clear-span portal frames and roller shutter doors. Each office space was been internally fitted out with extensive staff parking and delivery bays. As part of the contract, we also installed security fencing around the site’s perimeter.

This latest development continues our successful track record at T54 where we have also built schemes for private companies Torus, Filtermist and AXYZ.
