We were appointed to undertake extensive building and external improvements at this busy logistics facility in Halesfield following a lengthy tender and value engineering exercise.

CML F&L (Telford) Ltd, part of Culina Group, stores and delivers chilled and ambient food products to supermarkets across the country.

The Morris Property team is used to working on busy sites and this was no exception. There were 300 daily lorry movements on site, 24 hours a day, so we worked closely with the client to minimise disruption to the business.

Improved facilities for logistics specialist

The works included extensive refurbishment of existing offices the construction of a new two storey office with a staff canteen facility and new changing and lockers areas.

More than 100 parking spaces were created and an improved entrance and exit with new gatehouses, weighbridge, fuel storage and access controls. All of this whilst the facility remained open through the busiest time of the year.
