This was our first project working for Telford & Wrekin Council and the first of many properties constructed at Hortonwood West.
Partnership working
Working in partnership with the team at Telford & Wrekin, we simplified the design for the new 30,000 sq ft warehouse, Hortonwood 10, to make it more flexible for potential users. This saved around £250,000 on the proposed costs and reduced the building programme by two months.
The project included a full fit out of internal offices, external car parking and a delivery area. It was finished with perimeter fencing and landscaping.
