Hope House, Morda, Oswestry

Client: Hope House
Project: Extension

Hope House Children’s Hospice opened in 1995 and provides care and support to life-limited babies, children, young adults and their families from Shropshire, Cheshire, North and Mid Wales.

The Department of Health awarded Hope House with a grant of just under £176,000 to extend the Children’s Hospice which will allow them to provide a family suite where friends and family can stay close to their child.

The client called on us to construct a single-storey extension of load bearing cavity external walls, internal block walls and a tiled trussed, rafter hipped roof.

The works were carried out ensuring we matched the original building as much as possible.
