Newport Innovation Park

Client: Telford and Wrekin Council

Work at Newport Innovation Park, known as Ni Park, started in January 2021 to unlock 25 acres of employment land and create a world-leading agri-tech research and innovation hub.

Following a competitive tender, we were chosen by Telford & Wrekin Council to build the first phase of development. The first 24 individual units range from 66sqm – 351sqm (710 FT2- 2778 FT2) and are designed to attract a range of occupiers including start-ups, small businesses and larger occupiers in the agri-tech and enterprise sector.

As well as creating a high quality new business park, Ni.PARK has enviable green credentials. The units have electric vehicle charging points and PV solar panels, together with sustainable drainage systems (SUDS) and ecological enhancements.
