The Access442 development at Hadley Park East will provide 63,000 ft² of quality light industrial units, finished to a high standard within a landscaped environment available to rent or for sale.

26 new units range from 1,548 ft² to 15,060 ft² and will take shape on land fronting the A442 Queensway. Telford’s main north/south distributor road is known locally as the Eastern Primary. Telford Town Centre and Junction 5 of the M54 motorway are approximately six miles to the south.

Designed by architects Halsall Lloyd Partnership, the first phase comprising units A1-4, C1-5 and D1-3 will be completed in January 2020. Full site completion is scheduled for summer 2020.
