The redevelopment marks a significant milestone for the local area, breathing new life into the Henlle Lane location and preparing it to welcome students in an innovative educational environment.

Once complete, the OneSchool Global Oswestry campus will offer a vibrant, technology-enabled, modern learning environment, designed to support their innovative approach to teaching and learning. The new Oswestry Campus, located at Henlle Lane, Gobowen, will be home to approximately 50 students from Years 3 to 13, supported by a dedicated team of OneSchool educators and support staff.

We’re working closely with Cushman & Wakefield in the Project Management role, to ensure the project is delivered to the highest standard. The team will remain on site until the end of March when the project is scheduled for completion.

Morris Property Contracts Manager, Andy Richards, commented: “Seeing the former golf club evolve into an advanced educational facility is exciting. The new campus will provide a high-quality learning environment designed to help both students and teachers thrive.”

OneSchool Global’s Regional Director of Education, Giles Bennett added: “OneSchool Global campuses are exceptional learning environments which play an important role in our innovative approach to education. The construction team have done an excellent job in bringing our vision for the campus to life and our students and educators are excited to move into the campus.”

Sarah Coleman, leading the Project Management for Cushman & Wakefield added: “We are delighted to see that this project is entering the final stages of construction and will soon be operational for OneSchool Global’s students. Following a comprehensive re-organisation of the building and the site, it is great to see the fit-out work continuing, bringing to life the vision of the design, delivery and client team.”
