Hortonwood 9, Telford
|Client||Telford & Wrekin Council|
|Project||New build warehouse|
Morris Property was appointed to build a new warehouse facility providing 6750m² of space to include three floors of office space and additional storage to the front of the building.
The building was steel framed with insulated cladding and roof, whilst internally a reinforced power floated concrete floor was installed to carry the full height warehouse racking and also to ensure a smooth finish and shock-proof base for the wire guidance forklifts used to access the racking.
We fitted the building out for Telford & Wrekin Council’s tenants, Rosewood Pet Products, providing state-of-the-art office and welfare facilities for their staff. The warehouse was fitted out with racking and has a wire controlled forklift system installed.
5 dock levellers were fitted to the automatic, access controlled delivery area to allow for deliveries on the left of the building, whilst a new carpark was built in front of the curtain walled office elevation for staff.
The whole site was then landscaped and fenced in.
