Project Specifications

Telford and Wrekin Council appointed us to build a new warehouse facility to help realise the growth ambitions for industry-leading manufacturer of pet treats and accessories, Rosewood Pet Products Ltd who export to over 60 countries.

Telford & Wrekin Council’s Estates and Investments team agreed to develop the purpose-built facility for Rosewood when the firm found itself without a developer. The warehouse provided 68,000 sq ft of space across three floors to optimise production capabilities and improve efficiencies.

Bespoke build with space to grow

It was constructed using a steel frame, with insulated cladding and roof. Inside, we installed a reinforced power floated concrete floor. This carried full-height warehouse racking and a smooth finish and shock-proof base for forklifts. We also fitted five dock levellers to the automatic, access-controlled delivery area and office space.

To finish the project, we built a new car park in front of the curtain walled office elevation for staff. The whole site was then landscaped and fenced in.

Testimonials

“This new base and warehouse facility enabled Rosewood to combine three existing distribution and operation centres, including its head office in Broseley, where it had been for the past 37 years. We were delighted to be part of their ongoing story.”
