Warehouse Extension, Hortonwood

Following the continued growth of coffee specialists, Melitta UK, we have been commissioned to construct an 50,000 sq ft extension to their existing warehouse facility in Telford.

The project will deliver a new storage facility incorporating a two‑storey office suite, along with a series of significant external and infrastructure upgrades. These works include alterations to the existing yard, diversion of incoming services, installation of an attenuation system and on‑site drainage, external lighting, PV provision and associated landscaping. The scheme is designed to integrate seamlessly with Melitta’s current operations while providing capacity for future expansion.

Melitta UK is located adjacent to Hortonwood 45 in Telford, where we previously delivered a high‑quality distribution and industrial warehouse on an 11.2‑acre site – further strengthening our ongoing development within Hortonwood and Hortonwood West areas.
