Bungalow Development, Oakengates Road, Donnington

Following a series of successful collaborative projects with Housing Plus Group, we’re pleased to be progressing with the construction of nine timber‑frame bungalows in Donnington, Telford. This development continues our commitment to delivering high‑quality, affordable homes in Shropshire.

The original six bungalows, which were built during the rapid expansion of Telford New Town in the 1960s, have now been fully demolished. With the site cleared, below‑ground works are underway, preparing the foundations for the new homes. These modern bungalows are being designed and built to current standards of accessibility, thermal comfort and energy efficiency, ensuring they provide safe, comfortable and sustainable living for future residents.

The new homes will sit comfortably within the surrounding neighbourhood, with a design that complements the character of the area. Once complete, the development will include private parking, landscaping, and a new entrance off the main road, enhancing both access and the overall look and feel of the site.
