Description
Wrekin Housing Group awarded our team the contract to build 27 energy efficient, affordable homes on Whitchurch Road, Prees.
The community-led scheme features a mix of one, two and three-bedroom houses and bungalows available for affordable rent and shared ownership from 2024.
The new energy-efficient homes have been built to nationally described space standards and feature PV solar panels, air source heat pumps, low energy running costs, turfed gardens and private parking. Priority will be given to people with a connection to the local area.
We are proud to participate in responsible housing schemes prioritising efficient and affordable housing for local people. They are at the cornerstone of our communities and will be great starter homes and rentals.
