The project saw us develop 37 one and two bedroom apartments in an attractively designed brick and render building in the popular Radbrook Green residential area of Shrewsbury. The apartments featured bright and airy living areas, fully fitted kitchens and spacious bedrooms with ensuites.
Assisted living benefits
The new build sits adjacent to Radbrook Nursing Home and provided an independent lifestyle for those wishing to continue to live in their own home, but with the added security and comfort of having help and support available nearby if requested.
One of the key aspects of the build was to incorporate spacious communal areas so future residents of Radbrook House could enjoy a serviced dining room and communal lounge, together with other rest areas offering a sense of community with many opportunities to socialise with like-minded people.
