This project called on the Morris Property and Joinery workforce to carry out the demolition, rebuild and refurbishment works over 11 months.
Repairs and alterations to No 11 and 12 Belmont were requested by the client to bring the two separate buildings together so they function as one.
The Grade II listed houses were transformed to provide living quarters, offices and meeting rooms for the Catholic Diocese.
