This build was situated in a prestigious location adjacent on the i54 business park, in close proximity to Jaguar Land Rover and the M54 Motorway.

The project involved the creation of approximately 60,000 ft² of warehouse space with two storey integral offices amounting to 8,000 ft²   The offices have a further concrete floor cast above for future expansion space.

The warehouse which is built to a shell specification has a minimum height of 12m and includes two dock levellers.

The offices which are built on two levels were fully fitted out complete with raised access floors with a combined heating and cooling system.

Externally the site was enclosed with security fencing and fully landscaped.
