This 11 month project called on the Morris Property and Joinery teams to carry out repairs and alterations to No 11 and 12 Belmont in Shrewsbury to bring the two separate buildings together to function as one.

Ecclesiastical repairs and alterations

The Grade II listed houses were transformed to provide living quarters, offices and meeting rooms for the Catholic Diocese. Works included structural and lead work, renewal of the roof coverings, converting the loft into accommodation, construction of a new visitor’s cafe and shop, car parking facilities and improvements to the landscaping.
