NEW AFFORDABLE HOMES FOR SHREWSBURY – GLEBE HOUSE, ABBEY FOREGATE

Morris Property has begun work on site for a development of 27 apartments for Severnside Housing in Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury.

The spacious two bedroom apartments are being built for general needs affordable housing and will be built to Secured by Design standards; each will have a private parking space, will be wheel chair friendly and include 17 level access showers.

Located in the popular Abbey Foregate area, the apartments are only a short walk from the English Bridge into Shrewsbury town centre, and are close to local amenities.

The contract commenced on the 23rd March and is scheduled for completion in June 2016. This is a major local project for Morris Property and will provide up to thirty local skilled jobs for the town.
