AHR have relocated to the Grade II listed building from St Mary’s Street into the first floor office space extending to approx 4,350ft² with ground floor reception and open plan exposed timber beamed offices, which have been carefully refurbished in conjunction with AHR to produce a very desirable headquarters here in Shrewsbury.

Bryan Hamilton, Director of AHR Architects said: “Victoria Quay is a fantastic location overlooking the River Severn. I have been very impressed by the professionalism of staff from Morris Properties; from initial enquiry through to successful completion.”

Liz Lowe, Head of Estates at Morris Properties said: ““We have a long history of working closely with AHR and are delighted with the finished product. Working collaboratively with Bryan in not only creating an aesthetically pleasing working environment for AHR but also investing sensibly in refurbishing the office space to improve significantly its energy performance and so reducing the tenant’s occupational running costs.”
