We are proud to support Mental Health Awareness Week this week (11th –17th May 2026) by encouraging colleagues to take small, positive steps towards looking after their mental wellbeing at work.
This year’s focus is centred on a simple but powerful theme – Action. Because, while awareness is vital, real change comes when we take action to help ourselves and those around us.

Throughout the week, colleagues have received motivational wellbeing cards and green pin badges as part of our activities. To reinforce the message of taking action, colleagues are being invited to pause for a cuppa and conversation — a small reminder of the importance of staying connected and checking in with your own stress levels and those you work with.

This week forms part of our year-round commitment to staff wellbeing and social responsibility, which includes ongoing support for initiatives like Blue Monday and local community and charity projects.
