Completion of tenant renewals at Longbow Close

We have completed lease renewals at Longbow Professional Centre, further strengthening the site’s position as a popular business hub for professional and community-focused organisations in the Battlefield area of Shrewsbury.

Shropshire Community Health – Coral House has renewed its lease at Longbow Close Building B, C and D and embarked on an extensive phased refurbishment of all occupied space. This investment will support the introduction of new services and expand existing clinic provision, ensuring the team can continue delivering essential healthcare to the local community.

Condover College, a care and education provider supporting adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities and additional complex needs, has also renewed its leases at Longbow, in Suites I, J and K.

Neil Anderson, Head of Estates at Morris Property, added:

“We are pleased that both the NHS and Condover College have chosen to remain at Longbow Professional Centre. We look forward to supporting their refurbishment plans as both organisations continue to deliver vital services to the community.”

Located just one mile north-east of Shrewsbury town centre, Longbow Close forms a major office accommodation scheme comprising eight two-storey, purpose-built units.

Completed by Morris Property in 2010, the development provides high-specification office suites ranging from 1,690 ft² to 8,460 ft². Each unit features a fully glazed central core with lift access, raised flooring, comfort cooling, integral tea stations, and flexible sub-division opportunities. Landscaped grounds create a professional, campus-style working environment.
