Work has begun on Unit 48 at Centurion Park, a high-specification development for Morris & Company located in Shrewsbury. The project will deliver a Grade A warehouse and trade counter unit spanning approximately 6,091 sq ft. Built for modern operational efficiency, the facility boasts a 7m internal eaves height, a 5m electric roller shutter door, and a generous, secure yard.
With a strong focus on sustainability and quality, the unit features a robust steel portal frame with brick and clad elevations.
