Steve Bowen, Assistant Construction Manager
Steve’s role is to oversee the management of the design and coordination of projects during the construction phase whilst also preparing the pre-commencement and Health & Safety documents. He is also responsible for the administration of individual contracts and site teams.
With high attention to detail he ensures that all site regulations are met and prepares all status reports for up to date client and team reporting to ensure that everyone is on the same page. Preparing monthly reports for client and team meetings, contributing to work planning, briefing project teams, contractors and suppliers and working closely with other construction professionals.
Over the years Steve has built a reputation for quality and has many contacts in the sector including construction managers, quantity surveyors and planning engineers. His experience spans a number of projects with contract values of between £25,000 - £9,000,000.
