James West, Chief Operating Officer
James has over 20 year’s property experience where he started out as a graduate quantity surveyor. Over the years he has built an impressive career portfolio where he has worked on a number of leading projects including Merry Hill Shopping Centre.
Steve Pummell, Project Manager/Client Agent
Responsible for the management of commercial property development and oversees schemes from inception through to project completion. An analytical thinker with strong commercial awareness and a solid tea ethic, Steve offers the key skills to support you.
Steve Flavell, Construction Manager
Steve will oversee the efficiency and smooth-running of the contracting business providing the link between senior management and construction sites, developing and improving systems as part of the company’s growth strategy.
Ian Carswell, Contracts Manager
Ian prides himself on customer satisfaction and since working with Morris Property has forged many successful partnerships. Ian takes time to understand what his client needs and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in understanding construction.
Steve Bowen, Assistant Construction Manager
Steve’s role is to oversee the management of the design and coordination of projects during the construction phase whilst also preparing the pre-commencement and Health & Safety documents. He is also responsible for the administration of individual contracts and site teams.
Richard Akers, Quantity Surveyor
Richard's role will focus on preparing contracts for key projects as well as preparing on-going cost analyses of maintenance and repair work.
James Bebbington, Quantity Surveyor
James' role focuses on preparing contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials, on-going cost analysis of maintenance and repair work, feasibility studies of client requests, arranging site visits, assessments and projections for all our future work.
Trish Empson, Office Manager
Trish is responsible for overseeing the efficient administration of Morris Property Limited whilst maintaining the new and improved systems and processes. She also supports Steve Flavell on Health and Safety matters.
Working with Morris Property has been stress free and a pleasure. They have been extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process.
