Filtermist, Telford

Client: Filtermist
Project: New Build

Industrial extraction specialist, Filtermist International, called on us to construct its new global headquarters after outgrowing its former home in Bridgnorth.

The 2770m² facility at Telford 54 Business Park took us just over ten months to complete and included high quality rain screen cladding, curtain walling and profiled insulated cladding to the rear elevations.

External site works included concrete and block hard standings, retaining structures, landscaping, mains services and drainage.

The light and airy two-storey building was designed to meet the client’s requirements for a modern, advanced manufacturing production facility with warehousing, offices and support services.

The new build includes:

  • spacious office
  • factory and canteen with raised access flooring, a lift and mezzanine floor to the office area
  • adequate car parking

Filtermist International Managing Director James Stansfield said:

“This was an important milestone in the history of our business. We chose Morris Property because it was a local company with a reputation for quality work and experience in buildings of this type. It was the right choice.

“We now have purpose built facilities which reflect our role as an industry leader and allow us to grow. We are very proud of our building; it is a great place to work.”
