Administration Assistant

Our growing construction department is looking for someone to support our team and undertake general office duties at our Welsh Bridge office to include updating filing systems, dealing with plans and general office admin duties etc. 

The ideal candidate will be well presented with good written and spoken English and a pleasant telephone manner. You will also need to have strong Word and Excel skills, an ability to work under pressure, flexibility and a strong attention to detail. Health and Safety knowledge would be an advantage but not essential. The role will also involve covering our front of house reception team.  

The post is 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a negotiable salary. Full training will be provided.
